This yoga class follows an arc that will include centering, being embodied in a challenging and replenishing way then followed by time to calm the nervous system. You will leave you feeling both energized and peaceful. Variations are offered for both beginner and intermediate students.
Weekly classes offered on:
Mondays & Wednesdays at 6pm
Tuesdays & Thursdays at 9:30am
Saturdays at 10:30am
Class registration opens 6 days in advance. Classes are included with select Castle Hill Fitness memberships or are available for purchase a la carte.
